The space
Our house is only 3 miles from Radio Island Public Beach and 7 miles to Atlantic Beach, 5 minutes to downtown Beaufort. It has all the amenities to make a wonderful family vacation or couples retreat.

Desk in 1st level bedroom with high-speed internet is perfect if you need to work away from home.

Couch in upstairs common area is a futon if you need an extra bed.

Kitchen is stocked with the essentials along with basic toiletries, and linens for the bathroom.

5 bikes, 4 beach chairs, sand toys and grill are available for use.
Guest access
You will be renting the entire house! With no shared walls or floors with your neighbors!

You will have access to Beau Coast HOA Amenities including: Pool, Club House with Ping Pong and other games, Private HOA Dock on Front Street, Pickle Ball Courts, Fitness Center, On-Site Shop, Private Ponds.
Additional notes
If bringing a boat, there is no parking in the neighborhood. HOA dock is for loading and unloading only - no unattended boats are allowed.

There is an option to park it nearby for $10 a day.

Neighborhood overview
This neighborhood is friendly and quiet. In the off season things are especially calm. In summer, things are bustling and the pool can get a little crowded on weekends.
Getting around
Beaufort is known for its small town charm and weekend activities. Many folks rent a golf cart to cruise around town, but it's car friendly as well. Downtown Beaufort charges for parking during the summer months.

You can also hop on a bike as all the roads are quite flat.
