This is a shared building with several permanent residents. Please be respectful of quiet hours and do not make excessive noise.
Please enjoy everything in the room, but do
not eat on the bed or use the white towels to clean up messes. Please use the cleaning items and paper towels provided if needed.

**ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND
Not in the room, hallway or next to the building.
This includes vaping, filling your pipe with tobacco or bale juice, leaving traces of tobacco or vaping juice in the room.
($500 fee for any smoke detection)

**Please place the provided parking pass back in the room at the end of your stay.
($50 fee for lost parking pass)
Please remember to leave snowy boots and dirty shoes on the shoe tray provided.

The space
Our place is on the second level. The walls are thin so there’s potential for noise. It’s centrally located to everything going on in Park City, including the Sundance Film festival. We are right next to the free Park City shuttle, but it can take longer to get to destinations during peak season.
Guest access
You will have access to your private condo and the pool/hot tub area. The hot tub is located next to the check in building, about 100 yards away.
Additional notes
Potential for noise in the hallway, or during peak season can be annoying. Utilize the sound machine in the room or on your phone to get a blissful nights sleep.

I’m available almost any time of day by message. I’m a short 20 min drive away and can resolve almost any issue.

The vibe is eclectic and very safe.
